RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Please Note Due to the COVID-19, we will not be accepting returns or exchanges for neck gaiters, bandanas, and all types of face masks. We can only honor this if your order shipped late or you received the wrong item and it is still sealed in its original packaging.

There is no refund or exchange on clearance merchandise.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable). Please be careful and double-check that you’ve added the correct address. For USA-based orders, to make sure the city in the address matches its ZIP code, use this USPS ZIP code lookup.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).

Buyer’s remorse

Kemy J only offers refunds for damaged or mislabeled products, not for buyer’s remorse.

Exchanges

For made-to-order items, Kemy J will honor exchange requests within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. For GloFx accessories, the exchange period for damaged items is 5 days from the delivery date.

If you are requesting an exchange for the same item please fill out the Kemy J Returns & Exchanges Form. Please be sure to include the exact size(s) you would like the exchange for. For exchanges, damaged or defective items, please provide a brief description of the reason for your claim and provide our Customer Support Team with well-lit, high-quality photo(s) of the item(s) in your claim to obtain a prepaid return slip.

Once your return/exchange claim is submitted to our Customer Support Team, it will be replied to within 2 Business Days. Please note that there will be a $6.50 reship fee charged on domestic exchanges to cover the Shipping & Handling charges on the shipment of your exchange.

Returns and Refunds

For made-to-order items, Kemy J will honor return requests within 30 days from the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Opened packages for swimsuits and swimming trunks are not return eligible. For hydration backpacks, the mouthpiece must be intact and it must be unused.

For Glofx accessories, Kemy J will honor return requests made and postmarked within 14 days from the purchase date. All items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Custom products are unable to be returned or exchanged.

When requesting a return or exchange, ALWAYS contact our Customer Support Team prior to returning the item(s).

Refunds (if applicable) 

If you would like to return your item, please complete our Returns/Exchanges form. Fill out the form and state the reason for your claim. You will be responsible for return postage unless the item you purchased misprinted/damaged/defective, in which case our Customer Support will provide a return label free of charge.

Once your return is received and processed we will send you an email notifying that we have received your returned item. Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed in the form of either store credit or refund.

We allow cancellation of made-to-order items up to 24 hours after purchase. If you would like to cancel a made-to-order item after that time, there will be a 50% restocking fee deducted from your account for the item being already placed into production. This 50% restocking fee also applies to all returned made-to-order items.
